Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours notice for cancellations as I have to arrange for childcare beforehand for appointments. Emergencies will be excluded from this policy of course, but no-shows will be charged a 50% fee/and or required to pay a deposit before re booking. Thanks for understanding!
